In this seminar, participants will improve how they communicate research results. To do so most effectively, the attendees learn how to turn data into insight by carefully interpreting the information and providing additional value above simple reporting. They also develop skills to determine the best way to present the information given the nature of the insight and the audience. They will learn how to consistently structure their insight providing value add to the enterprise allowing faster response time.
Making Messages Work
In this foundational workshop, up to 15 participants apply the BlackFriars' Messaging Review Methodology to objectively assess corporate messages and experience how it can be enhanced to avoid confusing audiences. Participants discuss how to provide the information audiences need.
